"This is an older hotel that shows some wear and tear and a slight musty odor. but overall the stay was clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff was amazing, answering questions and responding to requests quickly. They were in the process of replacing their ice machines so there was no ice, but we didn't need it anyway. Property was close to Delaware State University that my grandson is attending as a freshman. Plenty of restaurants in the area."
