Family home in the centre of Port Fairy

  • Linsdale offers a fantastic family home near the centre of Port Fairy, less than a 5 minute stroll to all the shops, cafes and restaurants and also walking distance to the popular 'Pea Soup Beach', perfect for swimming with young kids & crab hunting. Enter into the large open plan living and kitchen area where polished floorboards flow into the rest of the house and large floor to ceiling windows give it a fabulous open and airy feel.

    In the summer take advantage of the large outdoor enclosed courtyard that gives a beautifully warm suntrap, perfect for summer evening around the BBQ.

    The 4 bedroom home means it will easily fit large families or couples away for a holiday. The home also boasts 2 bathrooms, with the main bathroom having both separate shower and bath as well as separate toilet. The second bathroom is a spacious ensuite with shower. There are TV's featured in 2 of the bedrooms to entertain the kids.

    Designed for year-round comfort, Linsdale features central heating and a reverse cycle split system in the living area — making it a cosy retreat in winter and a cool escape in summer.

    This home is also perfect for Folkie, being only minutes from the main entrance. Russell Clark Reserve is on the edge of your door step for a beautiful walk around the water way, take the dog for a stroll & let the kids feed the ducks, nature at its best!

Spacious home handy to everything

Three of us stayed, sleeps around 8. Very spacious, comfy, clean home. Walking distance to everything. We appreciated being able to take our dog. 2 bathrooms - 1 with a separate toilet. We were able to entertain visiting family with plenty of space and a BBQ in the courtyard.

Golfing Trip

For 4 senior golfers playing the 2 wonderful local courses - Warrnambool and Port Fairy - everything about the property was ideal.

We had a great time!

We travelled together with friends and it was ideal,the property is spacious and well equipped. The kids loved their own room with tv and the enclosed backyard. We also loved the central location and made the most of the walking distance everywhere. Overall we had a fantastic stay!

A Bit More Needed

A great location and layout for this 4 bedroom house. As older couples, we find that we need a bedside table and lamp on each side of a bed to hold all our bits and pieces and read. The bedrooms were a little stark with little to no furniture for storing or holding any items. The driveway was a challenging width for our 4WD vehicles. The large dining/living area was a great size for 7 adults.

Linsdale is a comfortable, bright and airy environment for six friends to celebrate a birthday. The kitchen was well-equipped for shared meals, the garage and driveway easily held three cars and the property's an easy walk to all amenities.
