Downstairs consists of 2 bedrooms; the first a spacious Queen Bedroom; the other equipped with 2 Single Beds; both with easy access to bathroom with W/I shower, bath and separate toilet. Adjacent to the bathroom is laundry with access to fully enclosed backyard.
When you make your way up the spiral staircase you are greeted by the entertaining hub of the home; spacious open plan lounge / kitchen / dining is a great space for indoor / outdoor entertaining for large groups and families. Upstairs is also home to 2 more bedrooms; the first a spacious Queen Bedroom with Southern Ocean-views; the 2nd equipped with 2 Single Beds both best serviced by the upstairs bathroom with separate toilet, W/I shower and vanity.
