"Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty. "

"Staff are very polite and welcoming, rooms are clean, food is okay but do not cater for English tourists, quests are mainly Arabic. Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again."

"Der Vermieter hat mir am 23.5.25 mitgeteilt, als ich schon in Tunesien war, dass er Probleme mit der Bank hätte und ich stornieren sollte. Ich habe nicht storniert, weil ich sonst den ganzen Betrag trotzdem hätte zahlen müssen. Ich habe ihn mehrfach aufgefordert, das Geld zu erstatten, was bis heute nicht erfolgt ist. ich habe das angemietete Objekt noch nie gesehen und es war auch keinem in Marina Kantaoui bekannt."
