Minutes away from shops & West Coast Express Train station. Internet upgraded to high speed, Washer/dryer, and street available parking is available on Oxford street and Coquitlam Avenue. Keyless entry, Shared backyard green space with outdoor table & chairs. Accommodating quarantine guests. Absolutely no parties, smoking/drugs use and pets allowed and quiet time starts at 9 pm.

Overall, satisfactory experience
House is as described. Acceptably clean (we did have one stray, dirty towel found in the bathroom). I will be happy to give further feedback to the host for other minor issues, that I am sure they are able to address for future visitors.

Quiet evenings!
It was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy, linens good. Kitchen well stocked and lots of space inside the unit.

Disappointing start..
Unit was not cleaned...the staff was delayed. NO information book left ...so did not have proper info to connect to the wifi and the TV was very confusing. Felt there should be more info available at check in. Good location for us but probably won't stay there again.

A happy traveller
The property was exactly as shown on the internet. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood and as I was travelling alone I felt safe here. Would definitely stay again if it was available. Any time I reached out to owner she got back to me right away. Nice experience!

We were visiting family throughout the lower mainland; Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge. This location was excellent for getting around with very little effort. The unit was clean, fresh, and generally well outfitted with supplies.

Great place to stay!
This was my first time using VRBO and the property owner made the process very smooth. Great location, as everything needed for a week, was walking distance away. The property owner was very responsive, never making me wait more than an hour for a response. Thank you for letting me stay, and I highly recommend this home.
