Enjoy this newly renovated, fully furnished one bedroom condo. Sleeps 4-6 on 1 king size bed, and 2 queen size sleeper sofas. Convenient first floor unit, steps to the pool and green space. Beautiful view of Lake Erie and the islands! Located in Waterfronts II development, the property boasts a private beach, seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, a children's play area and BBQ grills. Conveniently located next to the Jet Express for a day at Put- in-Bay! Nightly entertainment right next door. Walking distance to restaurants, fishing piers and charters. A short drive to Cedar Point, Waterparks, Marblehead Lighthouse, wineries, African Wildlife Safari, Magee Marsh, Camp Perry and the Ottawa National Wildlife Preserve. Grocery, department stores and banks are close by. Dockage available approximately 1/2 mi for minimal additional fee

Important information!: Check in is 3:00PM, Check out is 11 AM;
Parking passes must be displayed on rear-view mirror of your car, they are located in the unit and must be returned at departure. Cars may be towed at owners expense if not properly displayed.
Please leave the unit in the condition it was at your arrival. Trash must be bagged and placed in bin at the end of the parking lot.
Please no pets.

Second time staying here

We again came to stay here for the birding festival in Ohio. So quiet, cozy, and relaxing with sounds and breezes of Lake Erie out the window. All the amenities you could need and plenty that are a nice bonus. Walking distance to several good restaurants, and a super comfy bed at the end of our adventure filled days.

Very nice accommodations

Our host was helpful and communicative. The condo is a nice space, very clean, plenty of space, with a beautiful view of lake and close to many Port Clinton attractions. Our stay was off season, so many things were closed, but we can imagine that in season the condo would be ldeal to stay while visiting the islands at Lake Erie.

Beautiful and Comfortable.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There are a lot of little extras that I wouldn’t have thought to bring. The town is very nice as well, with some excellent restaurants and friendly locals. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Anniversary get away

It is exactly as pictured! Marie was easy to connect with and helpful. We highly recommend going to Twin Oast Brewery and Orchard Farm Stand and restaurant.

Good location

This was a great location for what we had planned and with Lake Erie access! It was an older condo complex and could use some updates, although we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the beach and had all the amenities we needed for our two night stay.

Great location, so perfect

Spacious, and so close to the pool and beach. We loved it was the ground floor unit. Maria was awesome and responsive. It had everything that we needed for the weekend. Close to the bars and jet express. Loved it and would definitely stay at the same unit again.

So much fun!

We had such a wonderful stay. The unit is very nice. Plus, its on the 1st floor across from the pool which is a definite plus!!!! They have everything you need for a stay. I reached out to the host a couple times and she responded quickly.

Easy access to beach, pool is practically in your backyard

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you need. King size bed was nice and we loved the open area. Plenty of seating for everyone. The pool is literally right outside the back door, along with the beach area. I can't say enough about the owner Marie. She quickly answers all your answers and explained how to access the front door (key is in an access box on the railing) Just a great time all around!

End of summer

We had a short 4 day end of summer get away vacay and this was perfect! Exactly as described and such a beautiful view. Jet express is a short walk away for a fun quick commute to put in bay. Marie was a pleasure to communicate with and even suggested fun things to do locally.

Great host

Marie was a dream of a host and responded quickly when I reached out to her, resolving an issue with the water heater. Marie has her property loaded with anything you would need for a day at the lake/beach when in season. The only drawback about my stay was there was construction work of some sort going on with pickup trucks and a cement truck just outside the window, taking away from the view. It was, however, nice to walk out the back door and be only steps from the private beach. I overall enjoyed my stay. I would go back to this property if I travel to Port Clinton again.

Disappointed

Not really as clean as mentioned. Windows filthy dirty. Very damp smell in kitchen. Sofa very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed in quality of furnishings, towels and bedding. But location was good. Close to pool and hot tub. Sorry we can’t say it was any better than that.

Perfect!

We were coming to town for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, and this was the perfect place to stay! All we had to do was step right outside the back door, set up a chair for each of us, and sit and enjoy! I imagine the pool and lake (all within a few short steps) are a pleasure in the summertime. Marie & Nick's condo was very clean. We really enjoyed the living room furniture (we wish we could have taken it home with us, LOL). The only thing we didn't really like was the bed; it was way too firm for us, so we didn't sleep very well either night we stayed. We did appreciate the three ceiling fans throughout the condo, and were thankful that there were tower fans available for us to use. There's also many other items in the closets available for guests to use from sports equipment and camping chairs to blankets and pillows. If you forgot something at home, chances are you'll be able to find it in the condo. The pictures really didn't do this place justice; it was better than pictured! We would gladly return if we need a place to stay along the Lake Erie shoreline.

We Had a great stay! Many things were within walking distance, condo was clean and comfortable. We Enjoyed sitting by the pool and on the beach which are very close. The owner had great communication skills. We Will definitely stay here again.

The perfect destination for our daughters graduation!
