🎶 Noise Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Be respectful of our canal-front neighbors — sound carries over water.
Safety No candles indoors. Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink and the garage. DO NOT attempt to swim in the canal. There are alligators.

Excellent communication with host. Super clean house and quiet neighborhood. Even had toiletries in the bathrooms if you forgot to bring your own. Enjoyed sitting outside looking at the water view. Highly recommend staying here!
