FAMILY BEACH FRONT-House with loft

Serendipity is an amazing beach front house with spectacular ocean views! This spacious house features 4 bedrooms on the main floor and a large loft bedroom. Relax the day away on the large front covered porch; and, enjoy the sunset on the intimate back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items needed to cook and eat with a large group. And the abundant cabinet space allows space to store food and pantry items during your stay.
The main bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom comes with a king bed; the third bedroom has a queen bed; and, the fourth bedroom accommodates 4 with queen over queen bunk beds. The large loft has 4 twin trundle beds and a bathroom with standup shower.
Downstairs features covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a built-in picnic table.
Watch movies and your favorite streaming shows on ROKU TV available living room and loft.

GREAT HOUSE FOR FAMILIES!

The property was perfect! I loved how the grandkids all got to sleep in the loft. They loved their room with a game table too! The beach house was very close to the beach. That was awesome ! The only idea I would suggest, it would be great to have hanging hooks at the bottom of the beach house, to hang life jackets and swim suits. It is by far the BEST Beach House we have ever stayed at ! Thank you so much for sharing your House with us! We cant wait to come back next year to it! We loved it!! The McLeods

Beach house review

Peaceful waterfront property, very clean rental with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, AC works great! Plenty of parking and the neighbors that live next door are very friendly! We had a great time!

We had s blast! Great house. Very nicely laid out. We had 12 in our party and could have slept more, however the space worked perfectly for us. We had golf carts for Sat which was a lot of fun. Plenty of parking including the boat. The house is even better that the pics

Great oceanfront property!

Our family group came for a short stay at the beach and were not disappointed! The house is right on the beach and has plenty of room. We had plenty of room to spread out, cook, spend time on the deck and enjoy the beach. The house is nicely furnished with cute decorations. Eric and Cathy were great hosts and promptly answered any questions we had.I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

NY Getaway

This house was perfect for our group to ring in the New Year. Location is great, right on the beach! I only wish it had a fenced-in yard to make it easier with pets, but everything else compensates. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and plenty of room for everyone in the living room and bedrooms. Definitely recommend!

We take an annual trip with dear friends every year to the beach. This house provided everything we needed to have a fantastic time. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. The house was very clean with awesome views.

Great little place

This is a great little place to stay. Lots of room. I do think the listing should be updated to let people know that the house moves because of the wind. We had some people that were a little more sensitive to the moving of the house than others.

Three Generations Spring Break Trip

Easy access to the beach!

We were 15 People with our 1 pet. The stay was amazing! Location was beautiful, house had everything whatever we needed for the stay. Highly recommend this house if you are planning for family/ friends getaway and looking for a beach front house then this is your spot!

FANTASTIC FAMILY TIME

Our Family gathers once a year, 18-20 of us , to spend quality time together. This properly was wonderful and was beyond what I expect ed. Plenty of kitchen ware, towels, and washing supplies. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The direct beach access was the big bonus. All we needed was for it to be 10 degrees cooler 😁 but otherwise absolutely perfect.

Family Get-Together

The cabin was perfect for our family! We had 7 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms and the loft was perfect for the teens. The view and proximity of the beach is amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Some reviews before mentioned issues with the neighbors, we had no problems what so ever. Great time and great place to stay!
