The home is elevated on stilts — 28 steps lead up to the front deck and entrance. Please keep this in mind for anyone with mobility limitations.

Starter supplies are provided. Beyond that, please plan to bring your own groceries, condiments, and toiletry items.

Guest Requirements
Guests must be 25+ and staying for the entire reservation. Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance.
Parties & Behavior
No unapproved parties or events. Please respect the neighbors at all times. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal with no refund.
Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval and must stay off all furniture. Please clean up after pets and keep them supervised at all times.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

Safety
Follow all safety guidelines and supervise children on decks and stairs. Use only the top lock when entering.

Trash & Cleanliness
Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins.
If the outdoor trash cans are full, leave tied bags inside the house so critters don’t get into them.
Rinse off sand at the outside shower before coming inside.
