Great for Large Groups

Big house with a huge number of beds. Half a block walk to the beach, and from the deck there is an unobstructed view of sand and water. Quiet part of the peninsula, but you're likely bringing a big enough group to keep you busy!Grill is in bad shape with rust, and the springs are failing on the big couch in the living room, but there are plenty of places to sit and the rest of the property was well-maintained. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, loads of outdoor seating on decks and below. Double fridges, microwave, coffee pot, etc, and kitchen had plenty for us to make all of our meals.We had several families with us, and this was a great home and location for our group. We'll have it on our list to come back to next year.

Great size to accommodate a large family

Overall 5 stars. Did need a few small things. Blinds in king room on 1st floor only went half down, can openers need to be replaced, coffee pot for Kcups didn’t work and it could use some updated pans. They did havePlenty of plates & utensils to use. The tide was high during our stay so we didn’t get to have much beach time except in the early morning. Would definitely rent this beautiful house again.

Great location, lots of room

I really enjoyed my time at Walk to Sea and would rent again. The view is absolutely beautiful. The place is huge and all of the doubles (stove, fridge, sinks, coffee makers) made meals quick and easy. One of the blinds in the living room only came down half way. We noticed a cracked brick along the side wall path to the right is the stairs and warned everyone so there were no accidents. Sink hole in long sofa in living area, some remotes were missing, some backs missing from remotes, some remotes didn't work…could only figure out one tv in living room, toilet slow to flush in main rest room 1st floor, would like to have had more hooks for hanging towels upstairs. I placed a towel on one of the fixtures and it moved sideways…wasn't very secure like the key hook in kitchen. Overall 5 star rating because the home is nice, in a great location, lots of space inside and out and I'd stay here again!
