  • Located in Pornic, this 150 m² holiday home welcomes up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms, spread over 2 floors, offer a mix of double and single beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine; you’ll also enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, heating, washing machine, barbecue, and a dedicated workspace.



    Relax in your private, tree-filled garden with outdoor furniture and a terrace—perfect for unwinding just 100 meters from Birochère Beach. The house is bright, well laid out, and surrounded by a lush, enclosed garden in a peaceful residential area.



    You have on-site parking as well as street parking. One pet is welcome, and a shuttle to the train station is available. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor.



    Pornic is a seaside resort on the Jade Coast, west of Nantes and accessible by train. The town offers thalassotherapy, night markets, cinema, golf, coastal trails, sailing clubs, old and new harbors connected by free shuttles, and many secluded white sand coves.



    Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Points positifs : La maison est spacieuse, confortable et bien aménagée. Elle est située proche de la plage (au bout de la rue) et du centre ville (20min à pied) et bien orientée pour profiter de l'ensoleillement, sans trop souffrir de la chaleur. Points à améliorer : certains éléments du logement méritent d'être modernisés : poignées de portes tombantes, mauvaise évacuation dans la salle de bains du bas, portail d'entrée difficile à sécuriser pour les enfants et animaux. Nous regrettons également que tout équipement supplémentaire nécessite un surcoût.
