The village is located 10 km from Porec and its beaches. The house was built in the year 2014, it is fully air-conditioned and furnished with attractive rustic furniture. On the enclosed property of 1.000 sqm, there is an outdoor swimming pool 50 sqm in size, a hot tub, covered terrace with dining facilities and barbecue, well-kept lawn and two parking places.



The villa has a living area of 197 sqm. On the ground floor there’s a lovely living room with fireplace with two lots of patio doors leading to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the terrace and the garden, one bedroom for two with double bed and en-suite shower/toilet. On the 1st floor there are three bedroom for two, two of them with a double bed and terrace, and one with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
