Villa Parenzo I is set in the village of Kukci, only 2 km from the coast and popular Poreč, and is part of a complex consisting of 4 identical villas. This luxurious villa has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people who will surely enjoy every corner of it. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a beautifully decorated terrace with a 30 m² swimming pool, where you can take a dip during the summer heat, and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the warm rays of the Istrian sun. There is also an outdoor dining area on the terrace, as well as a bar area with a grill, ideal for socializing on warm summer evenings. There is also an additional area for sitting and socializing around a fire pit. Finally, on the roof of the villa there is a hot tub, sun loungers and a lounge area with a bar. If you want to explore the surroundings of the villa, you can do so on foot. The first café, restaurant and shop are just a few minutes away by walk, while the first beach is still a drive away. But don't worry, you won't be driving for long. After swimming, take the opportunity to visit Poreč and walk through its old town.
