Casa Mar in Mugeba, Istria, is a newly restored traditional Istrian stone house with a magnificent sea view overlooking Zelena Laguna. This charming villa offers the perfect combination of authentic Istrian architecture and modern comfort, ideal for a romantic getaway or family vacation.



The villa features a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, plus a bathroom with shower upstairs. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower.

A Perfect Holiday…

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Mar. The location is ideal for relaxing and recharging, and at the same time a great starting point for excursions around Istria. The hosts, Iris and Oliver, were absolutely lovely and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back. -

Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Wir waren durchweg mehr als Zufrieden mit der Unterkunft wie auch mit Iris. Wir hatten alles was man brauchte und wenn es Fragen gab war Iris immer erreichbar.Highlight ist natürlich der aussenbereich mit dem großen Pool der den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegt. Aber auch im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir würden die Casa Mar jedem weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank! Gerne wieder!

Sehr geschmackvolles Ferienhaus in bester Lage!

Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Ausstattung gefiel uns sehr gut. Der Pool ist toll und die vielen Sitz- und Liegemöbel ebenfalls. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch. Ein Sonnenschirm bei den Poolliegen wäre super!
