This holiday flat is located on the edge of the suburb of Spadici near Porec, 2 km from the city centre. Materada beach with sports facilities and restaurants is a 15-minute walk away. The house has a total of 2 holiday flats and a well-kept, fenced garden. The landlord lives on the 1st floor and there is a covered car park in the courtyard.

The holiday flat for 2-4 persons is located on the ground floor of the house on an area of 45m2 and consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed, dining table and exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/WC. There is another terrace with garden furniture in the garden.
