Holiday Home Morena is situated in the small Istrian village of Butori, in the green interior of Istria, not far from Tinjan and just 15 km from Porec and the beach. It is ideal for families and guests seeking a peaceful vacation in nature, while remaining close to the sea and Istrian attractions.
The house is a semi-detached property offering 120 m² of living space for 6–7 persons, set on spacious, well-maintained grounds covering 3,800 m². Guests have access to a private 28 m² pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a covered summer kitchen featuring a dining table and a built-in barbecue. The large lawn area offers table tennis, a swing set, a volleyball net, and a basketball hoop; parking for several vehicles is also provided. The owner lives in the completely separate half of the house, while guests enjoy private use of their section and the associated grounds and amenities.

The ground floor features a living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms with showers and toilets. An extra bed is available in one of the bedrooms. The space is partially air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet access. A spacious terrace with outdoor seating is located in front of the unit, offering direct access to the garden and other amenities. Pets are welcome.
