Very beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Tia 1", 2 storeys, built in 2024. In the hamlet Mihatovići 1 km from the centre of Nova Vas, 5 km from the centre of Poreč, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach. Private: property 495 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 70 m, café 1.5 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 4.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 9 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 46 km from the property. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
4-room semi-detached house 122 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Floor heating. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
