Brilliant service!
We stayed 5 nights in early August. The location worked well for exploring the Poreč area, and the pool was genuinely nice, the highlight of the stay.
The listing advertises a washing machine, which was a key factor in booking, since we travel light. On arrival we learned it hasn't been offered to guests in years. We promptly raised this directly with the property and even after that, the listing still hasn't been corrected, days later. That's on whoever manages this listing ("Istria Partner," handling the Airbnb listing on behalf of the actual owner) not the host, who told us they weren't even aware of what's published. If you're booking based on this amenity, don't count on it until the listing is fixed.
Beyond that, the apartment is very basic, but OK.
Overall, we expected more accuracy and attention to the details, but the location and pool are nice. Otherwise, just go in with adjusted expectations, and, if you need a washing machine, confirm the situation directly before booking.
