「想像した以上に狭く、部屋全体が雑な印象でした。特にトイレバスルームが狭かったです。屋根裏だったので、長身の主人にはとても快適だったとは思えません。 ただ食事はとても美味しくいただきました。」

「The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!」

「The Mariënhage Boutique Hotel was everything I had hoped for—stylish, full of charm, and rich in history. Our room was beautiful, with thoughtful extras like high ceilings and lovely views of the church. The entire hotel is filled with unique relics, and the stained glass windows throughout the building are truly stunning. The location was ideal, making it easy to walk to a wide range of bars and restaurants.」

「La chambre était très propre et fonctionnelle. Le spa, gratuit pour les personnes ayant réservé une chambre, était également très bien. La localisation est parfaite, en plein centre de Turnhout.」

「The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was...

「We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!」
