「False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!」

「Unterkunft war sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Was mir aufgefallen ist, das Gitter von der Klimaanlage war sauber, woanders sieht man immer Staub. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut. Zimmer waren groß. Bett und Kissen waren sehr bequem.」
「Arriving at the hotel around midnight, they said there is no room for me despite the Hotels.com’s reservation which didn’t require me to reconfirm. As a result, I had to find another place to stay in the middle of nowhere. It was fortunate that I could find a better place in downtown. I will never make a reservation with them. If you want to stay there I strongly recommend contacting them before your stay.」
「A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.」
