"The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. "I encountered several issues during my check-in process. The staff member at reception was also responsible for working the bar, which resulted in long queues and a very slow check-in experience. Furthermore, the first two keys I was provided did not work. Each time I had to return to the desk to resolve this, I had to wait for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes respectively. Ultimately, I had to be moved to a different room. On a positive note, I would like to mention that the young man who worked the reception in the evening was super helpful. His ability to speak English was a significant bonus and greatly improved my experience. "
