About as basic as it gets - but pretty well located and relatively clean and moderately well maintained. There are both a laundry and mercando within an easy walk - which is helpful if you're on the Camino. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Chambre propre et assez spacieuse, climatisation efficace et très bonne localisation à l'entrée du centre historique. Je n'ai pas vu le parking de l'hôtel, mais plusieurs parkings publics à proximité de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner moyen. Hôtel pratique pour un séjour professionnel.

A Terrible Experience: Unbearable Heat and Appalling Customer Service My stay at Apartamentos Dabarca was an extremely unpleasant experience. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room unbearably hot. I reported the issue to a staff member, who assured me that it would be fixed, but nothing was ever done. With no resolution in sight, I had to call for assistance and ended up arguing with someone who repeatedly told me they were in another city, without offering a single practical solution to the problem. The situation became so unbearable that I had to open the window and lean my upper body outside just to get some relief from the heat. I was on the verge of experiencing a panic attack, made worse by my menopausal symptoms. What upset me most wasn’t simply the malfunctioning air conditioning, but the complete lack of concern, accountability, and empathy from the staff. When a guest reports being in significant distress because of the conditions in their room, the very least they should expect is a meaningful response and an effort to resolve the issue. Paying for accommodations where you cannot rest comfortably, and where nobody takes responsibility for addressing problems, is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.

I stayed at this hotel for five days with my partner, specifically selecting it for its advertised air conditioning—we were arriving during nearly 100-degree heat. Despite knowing our arrival dates, the hotel's AC never functioned. Our room had only one small window with no air circulation, and constant noise from the room above made sleep nearly impossible. Between the oppressive heat and the disturbances, I did not sleep for the first four nights. When I requested a room change, the hotel claimed to be fully booked. I attempted to find alternative accommodations elsewhere in the city, only to discover that everything was either completely booked or charging prohibitively expensive rates—over $2,000 for just three days. We were trapped with no viable options. When I asked management for compensation, the manager was dismissive and evasive. On our final day, rather than addressing our legitimate concerns, he told me to handle it through Expedia—essentially refusing accountability. The hotel's front desk staff were kind and visibly embarrassed by the numerous complaints from other guests about the same issues. I later learned that the hotel's older wing lacks AC entirely while rooms are still advertised as climate-controlled and charged at full rates. This constitutes false advertising. Between the failed core amenity, management's refusal to take responsibility, and being trapped without affordable alternatives, I lost five days of vacation time and money.

Convenient location in an old property that has been poorly maintained. The shower door was broken, the freezer door was broken, the washing machine door was broken & we had to get front desk assistance every time we did a load of laundry. Location was convenient to old town.

Estancia agradable

Apartamentos grandes, limpios y con todas las comodidades. Las chicas de la limpieza son estupendas, y el camarero que hizo el checking un gran profesional, además de la barra y la cocina se encarga de recibir a los clientes fuera de hora, y de arreglar todo lo que se estropea. Demasiadas tareas para una sola persona.

Boa relação de custo-beneficio.

Hotel aparentemente antigo. Apartamento espaçoso, com bom padrão de limpeza, precisando de manutenção (a porta do banheiro não fechava direito, emperrando no chão, aparentemente por estar estufada pela umidade). O estacionamento é pago (6,60 euros por dia) e um pouco afastado do hotel, mas é bom e seguro. Café da manhã fraco (para os padrões brasileiros), servido em uma cafeteria dentro do hotel, apenas duas tostas acompanhadas de manteiga e geléia, uma xícara de café e um copo de suco de laranja. Atendimento bom com recepcionistas esforçados e simpáticos.

お勧めのアパートメントホテル

1LDKのアパートメントホテル。旧市街の外周にあり、カテドラルや中心街へも徒歩ですぐでした。部屋も風呂場も広々として、価格以上の価値あり。部屋のミニバー（冷蔵庫）の価格もとても良心的だと思います。フロントの方も皆親切で居心地もよかったです。冷蔵庫の臭いだけ少し気になりました。

Great location and price Did not like that the bathrooms had tile w black mold, the toilet kept running, there was a fire alarm beeping all the time but the location and close to everything made up for it!
