No restaurant which was fine but when asked for directions to restaurants, were given 2...both of which were closed, to the surprise of the staff who disbeleived me i think

It is not 4 start hotel

The hotel property is excellant, Nice big rooms, clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful, very nice roof top terrace. The only negative about this hotel is the area it is in, Felt that somewhat unsafe walking in evening or night But then again Naples needs a major cleanup!

Isolated location, No public transportation nearby. Restaurant - no one spoke English, but the food was good. Their site indicates they provide a shuttle to the airport. Not true. 2 hotel vans on property "courtesy van" but no one would take us. Had to hire their "recommended shuttle that they partner with". Driver demanded cash - which we had none when we were dropped at the airport, yet could take a card deposit when we made the reservation. Driver dropped our bag which had a special crystal glass we bought in Murano and it shattered. Didn't even apologize. 100% residential neighborhood - nothing around. Only 1 pizza place down very steep slope. Clean, On their site they show "happy hour" on their rooftop. Non-existent. From the condition, no one has been up there in a long time. Site said they had in-room massages. Non-existent. False advertising all around.
