「We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.」

「We live in Jacksonville but had an event all weekend in St Aug and were looking for something at a decent price and location. That way we didn't have to drive back and forth. This place hit the nail on the head. The house was perfect for two couples. Some people might be put off because it's in Lincolnville but it was absolutely fine and super close to town. I'd recommend this place to anyone pretty much. 」

「Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. 」
