The hotel was very unique--very old, but well kept on the inside. Our room was very large, with a loft and cooking facilities, which were very convenient. Good place to stay on the way to Passo Stelvio, about 1 hour and 45 minutes away.

Poco Soddisfatto

Ho approfittato di uno sconto quindi le critiche sono limitate se avessi pagato per intero non è ammissibile che una struttura di quel calibro abbia le stanze così messe male .Mancano le prese elettriche sui comodini,non c'è una televisione in camera, le pareti hanno l'intonaco graffiato struttura ancora con la moquette ovunque non è possibile regolare la temperatura della stanza (non c'era freddo ma i caloriferi non so sono mai accesi). La colazione decisamente sotto gli standard la sala non apparecchiata la barista faceva anche da cameriera mancava un tostapane c'erano le etichette ma non i prodotti, neanche una bevanda fresca. La spa su prenotazione comprare tra gli upgrade sul sito ma in realtà non funziona premesso che va prenotato ma non hanno il personale che può gestirla(parole della reception) il parcheggio al coperto è solo una pensilina non un sottopiano o garage .ripeto ho goduto di uno sconto e mi serviva giusto un posto per dormire con poche pretese ma non è un posto concorrenziale.

Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto cordiale, unica cosa che ha fatto la differenza! Sono stati speciali! La struttura è vecchia e abbastanza decadente, per fortuna stanno facendo dei lavori per rimodernarla. Infatti il servizio colazione non è disponibile, hanno ‘convenzione’ con un bar poco lontano. Il bagno era grande ma tenuto insieme con il silocone e la pulizia non era malissimo, purtroppo c’è moquette ovunque e il divano è vecchio e cigolante. Tutto sommato il letto era comodo e la biancheria ok. Quindi va bene per un breve passaggio, giusto per evitare prezzi esorbitanti in centro considerato che non tutti ospitano animali

Ho prenotato un monolocale con cucina, viste le attuali limitazioni con i ristoranti, al momento del check in il Receptionist mi informa che invece del monolocale prenotato mi hanno assegnato un bilocale senza variazione di costo. Una iniziativa che è stata apprezzata. Bilocale su due piani e con 5 posti letto. Apprezzabile la cortesia e gentilezza dello staff.

Si può fare meglio

Gli spazi, la stanza, i locali vari tutto molto bene. Quello che va migliorata è la cordialità e la professionalità del personale di sala. Avendo trascorso solo una notte tutto sommato lo consiglierei. Sarei in difficoltà a suggerirlo per un soggiorno più lungo.

hotel vecchio stile da ristrutturare , non molto pulito , al check-in non era chiaro il prezzo della prenotazione, chiedevano il costo di due notti per una , praticamente il doppio, ho pagato extra le tessere per utilizzo SPA dove era necessaria la prenotazione in quanto piccola , non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla perchè sempre prenotata. Camere decenti anche se arredamenti vecchi , box doccia fatiscente e sporco. Sala colazione tetra e con poca scelta , ora di chiusura della colazione 9,30 anche il primo di Gennaio.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 gg io, mio marito e i nostri due cani. Abbiamo richiesto un monolocale provvisto di cucina proprio per organizzarci a nostro modo, ma al momento del ceck-in ci è stato detto che se volevamo usare l’angolo cottura dovevamo pagare 50€ in poi è che eravamo obbligati a pagare i 7€ di accesso alla spa anche se non l’avremmo utilizzata. Avendo fatto notare che tali info non sono elencate nei servizi dell’hotel hanno deciso di abbonarceli. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben tenute, muri sottili ma nel complesso è ben tenuto. Lo consiglio soprattutto per la vicinanza al centro se non si volesse solo sciare.

Skuffende!!!

Virkelig en stor skuffelse. Hotellet har intet med et ressort at gøre. Der var kun polakker, utrolig mange og støjende børn, ingen service af nogen art, ringe rengøring, spa og wellness meget sparsomt. Skulle booke tid da der er max plads til 4 af gangen i sauna og spa. Værelset var booket som 2 soveværelset, men der var et værelse og en slå ud seng i køkken/stuen. Pladsen var trang til 4 voksne med kufferter. Vil ikke anbefale stedet. Tag til Hotel Toretta, Passo Tonale istedet det var virkelig i orden oplevede vi.

Piacevole breve soggiorno di inizio anno

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. Abbiamo prenotato con Expedia e abbiamo pagato 272 euro in due persone per due notti poichè dal sito internet dell'hotel non ci veniva data la possibilità di prenotare per due notti. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti perché la nostra sistemazione era un mini appartamento con soppalco. L'appartamento era molto pulito e presentava anche un bagno ed un antibagno. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel con un menù fisso che presentava una scelta tra tre primi e tre secondi. Nel ristorante c'eravamo solo noi ed una famiglia con due bambini. Abbondanti le porzioni delle portate ma purtroppo la qualità della cena era medio bassa, tanto è vero che abbiamo entrambe avuto problemi di digestione notturna. Buona la colazione, sia per quanto riguarda il dolce ( croissant molto buoni) che il salato ( anche se le uova strapazzate ed il bacon sono rimasti gli stessi per le due mattine di nostra permanenza). La pulizia della sala ristorante lasciava a desiderare, abbiamo notato che le stesse briciole e pezzi di pane sono rimasti a terra per due giorni. Decisamente scadente la parte che riguarda le bevande della colazione. Il caffè nel thermos caldo è bruciato e per avere un cappuccino bisogna chiedere al cameriere, il quale deve scendere al bar a farlo. Abbiamo anche usufruito della Spa. Buona l'idea di prenotare l'orario in modo tale che si possa avere un uso privato della Spa. L'area benessere è bella ma potrebbe essere meglio.

Hotel a 10 minuti dal centro ,struttura vecchia ma non bruttissima.camere non troppo pulite.Cenone dell'ultimo dell'anno imbarazzante:dall'antipasto al dolce i piatti di tutti i commensali tornavano in cucina pieni. Dopo le prime portate molte persone se ne sono andate. Costo del cenone 50€. Costo a notte 50€ a persona in b&b Penso di non aver mai mangiato così male. Non consiglierei il soggiorno in questa struttura
