"The rooms are spotless with fabulous amenities; the staff bends over backwards to help you in any way, and the location is absolutely perfect! We came into Venice through the airport, and a shared water taxi brought us to the front of our hotel. We left Venice by train, and the train station is directly across the Grand Canal from the hotel with a bridge just steps away. We felt sorry for the many people who were dragging suitcases down the cobblestone streets.
