Já ficamos outras vezes, mas nada supera tudo da primeira vez. O jantar no lumen era delicioso, o ambiente tranquilo. Da última vez, o jantar estava razoável e o ambiente extremamente barulhento. Acordei ao menos 3 vezes de madrugada, com pessoas passando pelo corredor falando muito alto, em outros quartos passando mal (vomitando), além do pior, telefonarem no nosso quarto por engano (tocou apenas uma vez). Normalmente nos hospedavamos de passagem pela cidade, pra pernoitar e descansar antes de seguir viagem, mesmo sendo mais no centro da cidade por todo o charme, encanto do hotel e atendimento (que salva!)

Gostei muito do hotel. Opções boas (bares) perto do hotel para ir a noite (fomos a pé). Uma sugestão: Catedral rock bar. Café ótimo. Também visitamos a catedral da cidade, que fica pertinho do hotel (muito lindo). Estacionamento do hotel muito bom. Com certeza se voltar para Ponta Grossa ficarei neste hotel.

Já ficamos antes e optamos por garantir a pernoite na cidade durante nossa viagem, por já conhecermos do conforto, ótimo serviço e atendimento, limpeza, excelente café da manhã. Resolvemos repetir o jantar no restaurante anexo e dessa vez estava lotado, o que provavelmente impactou na qualidade dos pratos. A primeira vez estava tudo uma delícia - salmão grelhado muito bem temperado e no ponto certo. Dessa vez veio sem tempero e pálido. Como já tivemos uma boa primeira impressão antes dessa última experiência, imaginamos que foi puro azar da lotação impactar na qualidade. De resto, o hotel estava impecavelmente limpo e confortável. Tinha até potinhos em inox pra alimentar e dar água à nossa cachorrinha e tapete higiênico.

Gostamos muito do hotel, em geral. Destacaria dois pontos negativos que precisariam mudar: os travesseiros não são nada confortáveis: e, durante boa parte da noite, nos incomodamos com muito barulho da rua e do quarto ao lado, este bem “impróprio” para que viaja com crianças.
