Ideal for families or small groups, this property stands out for its unique layout, divided between a main house and an independent building. In the main house, you will find a cosy open-plan living area with the kitchen. The living room is equipped with a sofa and television, making it the perfect space to relax and socialise.

The picturesque kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features an air fryer, coffee machine, hob, fridge, and other practical appliances to assist you in your day-to-day life.

The sleeping area is cleverly distributed across both spaces. In the main house, going up the wooden stairs, you will discover a cosy mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. This room has a low ceiling in the bed area and is not recommended for very tall people.

Outside, in the second building, there is a suite also equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom, ensuring complete privacy and tranquillity.

The wonderful outdoor space invites moments of pure leisure. It is in this area, next to the annex building, that you can enjoy a fantastic private jacuzzi — ideal for relaxing at sunset or soaking up the natural beauty and light of the surroundings during the day.

As the property is set in a purely natural environment, occasional encounters with small animals and local insects may occur. Relax and enjoy this wonderful and authentic connection to the surrounding natural ecosystem!

The bathrooms are equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located in the stunning and picturesque parish of Mosteiros, this accommodation offers you a dream retreat at the western tip of São Miguel Island. The energy of this neighbourhood is defined by a deep and relaxing connection to the ocean and the impressive Azorean volcanic nature. Just a few minutes from the property, you can dip into the famous Natural Pools with crystal-clear waters, spread your towel on the exotic black sand beach, or simply stroll along the coast while admiring the majestic Ilhéus dos Mosteiros rising from the sea. At the end of the day, be prepared to be treated to what is unanimously considered the most magical and photogenic sunset on the entire island!

Beyond the many local charms, this address is the perfect strategic base to explore some of Portugal's greatest natural wonders. A short and incredibly scenic car ride through the green hillsides will quickly bring you to the mythical Sete Cidades crater. Here you can marvel at the iconic Green and Blue lagoons and enjoy breathtaking views from celebrated viewpoints such as Vista do Rei or Boca do Inferno. A little further south, the unforgettable and thermal Ponta da Ferraria awaits, where you can live the unique experience of bathing in volcanic hot waters in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

Despite being immersed in this authentic oasis of natural tranquillity, the vibrant capital centre of Ponta Delgada is just a very accessible and comfortable car journey away (around 40 minutes). This ease of travel allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds: the absolute coastal peace of Mosteiros and the urban convenience of the capital, where you can stroll past the iconic Portas da Cidade, visit the lively Mercado da Graça, enjoy the excellent gastronomic offer, or embark on an unforgettable whale and dolphin watching adventure.

The property is located on Ramal das Lombas, in Mosteiros, a picturesque village on the western coast of São Miguel Island, in the Azores.

Access to the property is primarily by car, and renting a vehicle is strongly recommended to explore the island with total freedom and comfort.

The village of Mosteiros is known for its impressive natural pools of volcanic origin and is a highly sought-after destination on the island.

The city of Ponta Delgada, the capital of São Miguel and the main centre for services, restaurants and shops, is approximately 40 to 50 minutes away by car via the EN1-1A road.

João Paulo II Airport in Ponta Delgada is approximately 45 to 55 minutes by car. Transfers and taxis are available upon prior booking.

The surrounding area offers unique volcanic landscapes with easy access to other points of interest on São Miguel, such as Sete Cidades and Furnas, making driving a truly special experience.

This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
