"The house was beautiful, very thoughtfully and beautifully fitted throughout and a joy to live there. My only problem was the gate as I am under 5' tall and very old and had great difficulty letting myself in and out but everything else was perfect for both young and old. "

"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. "I don't think there is a better view in Polruan! House was very clean, but figuring out the heating can be a challenge. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to my call. Highly recommend this house and will rent it again if its available next year."

"Property was exactly as described, but what made it extra special was the little touches provided by the owners. On arrival, a traditional cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us as well as tea, coffee and a little carton of milk so no need to dash to the shop. Upgrade is Great!

"The staff upgraded me to the 9/F. The room was huge with not one but two queen-sized beds. Unlike some hotels, there is a fridge in the room. They provided a total of 4 small bottles of water. In my opinion, that is a great little touch on a hot summer day. Their free wifi is fast and smooth. It is even great for watching YouTube videos. The shower was a little weak, but I don't recall a good shower at a hotel to begin with. Otherwise, the room was just quiet and comfortable."

A great place to stay!

"Very impressed with the accommodation, was expecting a family room but we were provided with an appartment that was spacious and comfortable for our short stay. Also did not realise the reasonable cost included access to the spa and pool which were fantastic. The spa had lots to do including 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, various cold shower settings and a caribean storm shower?! We were also pleasently surprised by the gym which was well kitted out and felt new. The staff were all very friendly and the food was decent too. "
