"Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). "Excellent apartment hotel in a beautiful setting. Communication with hotel staff was fabulous - they were kind and helpful. I was in room 401 and despite arriving after reception closed, I was given detailed instructions for self check-in. Being that it's low season, it was quiet and many things weren't operating as normal but that's fine for a quick weekend trip."

"The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. "We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. Selection of food for breakfast was very good; during breakfast you chose food from 3 adults menu options and 2 kids menu options for the evening. Pool area for families was also very nice - our little one had a lot of fun! All in all a very nice getaway from Bratislava!"
