Upea maisema ja piha!

Hieno sijainti maisemaltaan, rauhallinen paikka. Terassitilat uima-altaan ympärillä loistavat! Kaikki toimi hyvin, mutta hyvään tasoon tottuneena seuraavat seikat tarvitsevat kohennusta; - keittiössä ruuan valmistamiseen tarvittavat välineet kuluneita/huonoja osittain, astianpesukoneen ritilät ruostuneet muovipinnoitteen kulumisen takia -villaisten vilttien tilalle uudenaikaiset peitot -kahdessa päätyhuoneessa lievä kosteuden tuntu, vaatteisiin jää tunkkainen haju

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de couvertures sur les lits (à cette période les nuits sont fraiches). La vaisselle était plutôt sale, nous avons tout relavé. La maison est difficile à trouver, le nom du chemin d'accès est illisible de même que le nom "Ulastro" à l'entrée de la maison. Pour le reste, tout était très bien. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la situation parfaite pour le tourisme et les courses. Nous n'avons été accueilli par personne mais le système de boite à clé est très pratique.

Klein aber fein

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung insb. die der Küche könnte etwas erweitert werden. Es gab z.B. nur 3 Eierbecher und eine Schere fehlte gänzlich. Die Hausverwalter waren sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zeit für die Poolbeleuchtung müsste eingestellt werden, hier ist wohl Tag/Nacht verdreht. Haben wir vergessen zu erwähnen, wäre bestimmt kein Problem seitens der Eigentümer gewesen. Gesamtservice vor Ort war super!

leider war der erste Eindruck ...

leider war der erste Eindruck sehr negativ, es roch sehr muffig in dem Haus, es gab keine gute Ablagemöglichkeit für seine Kleidung und wenn, konnten wir die Schränke nicht benutzen, da sie unerträglich muffig stanken und feucht waren. Die Sauberkeit hielt sich auch sehr in Grenzen. Es bedarf eine Sanierung der Wände in dem einen Zimmer, der Schimmel sprießt. Dafür waren die Außenlagen sehr schön und wir haben den langen großen Holztisch sehr genossen. Es gab für alle genug Liegen und auch die Möglichkeit der Außendusche haben wir genutzt.Wenn das Haus etwas saniert würde, wäre es eine Top Adresse, da die Lage auch super ist und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Die Finca an sich ist schön ru...

Die Finca an sich ist schön ruhig gelegen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Betten lassen bei Erwachsenen aber zu Wünschen übrig. Für Kinder evtl. okay, aber es waren alle Matratzen durch. Super überdachte große Terrasse. Geschirrspüler sehr gut. Sauberkeit könnte aber für neue Gäste tatsächlich besser sein. Ausbaufähig. Div.Küchen – Utensilien waren defekt oder kaputt. Sollte man mal gründlich überprüfen. Pool und das angrenzende Häuschen mit Dusche Toilette etc. war echt okay! Unterkunft ist aber wirklich schlecht ausgeschildert. Ullastre steht NIRGENDS! Uastro steht dort... aber auch erst an dem gemeinsamen Zufahrtsweg zur Finca...was wir persönlich nicht wirklich damit verbunden haben. Jetzt egal... :–) Aber auch Ausbaufähig :–) Ameisen hatten wir auch, aber das war echt überschaubar. Absolut nicht schlimm. Bäder sind teilweise auch zu überholen. Die Waschtischarmaturen naja...Spülung der Toiletten mit etwas wenig Druck ausgestattet. Die Pumpe für das Wasser ist ziemlich laut und läuft bei jeder Wasserbetätigung. Sie befindet sich im hinteren Bereich des Hauses. Ein Auto ist hier aber eine Pflichtveranstaltung. Ansonsten kann man dort aber einen schönen Urlaub verbringen! Reisetipps: Sonntagsmarkt Pollensa sehr groß und interessant in den engen Gassen, Alcudia – Stadt, Promenade etc. echt gut, Cap Formentor in der Nähe... Einkaufen im Eroski–Markt oder aber auch beim LIDL: täglich alles frisch, TOP!Der Italiener auf der linken Seite der Hauptzufahrtsstr. zum Port de Pollenca ist sehr zu empfehlen.. Super Essen, sehr nette Bedienungen, einfach klasse. Strand bei Port de Pollenca ist auch nicht überfüllt.
