Villa Rosa, Traditional villa near Pollensa town

Villa Rosa is located in the La Font area, a very quiet and certainly beautiful area that is less than 5 minutes driving from the town of Pollensa, and less than 10 from Puerto de Pollensa. Both Pollensa and the Port are two of the best-known areas in the north of the island, and there you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops.



Through a covered terrace, the main door leads directly to the living room, fully decorated with rustic Mallorcan furniture. We can also find a small kitchen.To the right of the living room we find a double bedroom with a full bathroom en suite and to the left of the dining room we find the rest of the bedrooms, one double and one double, sharing a full bathroom and one more double at the end with an ensuite shower.



Outside the house we find a fairly well-equipped covered barbecue, with views of the pool and garden with grass.
