「Nice hotel and staff were very good - especially on reception. Rooms were nice, but we did have an issue with air con on two nights. Food was OK. Not bad, but not great. We expected more from a remote hotel so we ended up going out in evenings. If you want to be in the area its a good hotel but not as nice as some of the others in Majorca at that price level.」

「Beautiful property! Room was spacious and very clean. Pool area was amazing, enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Front desk staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier as although the buffet was ready beforehand, they were very strict about the 8am start (in my experience most hotel breakfasts start by 7am), which made it challenging to have time to eat before earlier morning activities or having to leave to drive to the airport. 「マヨルカ島滞在は過去１０数年で４回目。今回、土地勘のあるポート・ポレンサ地区を選択。この島は、ホテルによって英国人客か、ドイツ人客のどちらかが圧倒的に多い、という傾向がよくあるが、ここは英国人が多かった。ホテルの価格帯を反映してか、比較的高齢の客が多く、落ち着いた雰囲気。小さな子連れ客も少なくなかったが、みな行儀がよい印象。従業員もフレンドリーで、観光情報などの質問にも丁寧に答えてくれた。ビーチとホテルは直結しておらず、間に道路が一本走っているが、一方通行かつ、道幅は広くないので、実質的にビーチ直結と変わらない便利さだった。ポート・ポレンサの中心部まで、徒歩で１０分強、タクシーで5.50ユーロ。目の前の道路は夜中まで人通りが多く、スペイン恒例の遅い夕食の後、徒歩でホテルまで戻った際も、周囲には小さな子連れを含めた観光客がたくさんおり、治安の面も全く問題なし。部屋も清潔で広く、海側の部屋だったので景色（特に朝日）が素晴らしかった。」

「El apartamento en si no vale mucho. Las instalaciones del hotel y la localización es lo que vale la pena. El apartamento estaba a pie de calle con unas vistas horrorosas que no apetecía ni abrir la ventana. Pero bueno, no estaba mal para una familia y al menos era tranquilo. El desayuno en el hotel y la piscina es lo que vale la pena. 」
