Außen schön innen nicht so.

Wir waren jetzt 10 Tage in der Finca. Der Ertsw eindruckt ist eigentlich ganz gut aber bei genauerem hinsehen nicht. Alle innen Türen lassen sich nicht schließen weil alles verzogen ist. Gerade doof beim Klo. Dann kommt noch dazu, dass es im Haus rein regnet und dadurch die Zimmer stark feucht riechen ( Schimmel ) gerucht. Richtig sauber war es leider auch nicht. Was wiederum echt schön war, war der Pool und der Garten. Was wir leider durch die ganzen Mücken nicht richtig genießen konnten. Aber da kann das Haus ja nichts für. Fazit ist das wir die Finca nicht weiterempfehlen würden.

Tolles Haus, netter Urlaub.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer großen, gepflegten Außenanlage, die wir aber auf Grund von Mücken (wegen Teich am Haus) kaum nutzen konnten. Ein Mietauto ist in dieser Lage ein muss. Was sauer aufstößt ist , das man (wir haben mit der Argentur per Wats app kommuniziert) immer darauf hingewiesen wird, das bei Beschädigung oder zu hohem Energieverbrauch , weiter Kosten entstehen. Da fragt man sich, welche Erfahrungen gemacht worden sind.

Zwei Wochen La Torre

Wenn man zum ersten Mal auf Mallorca Urlaub macht braucht man etwas Glück um die richtige Location zu finden. Wir hätten es nicht viel besser treffen können. Schöner großer, sauberer! Pool, viel Ruhe und Sichtschutz und ein Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Kein Schnic-Schnack und gemütlich auch für die Kids. Top Lage für Ausflüge an die schönsten Ecken der Insel. Da lässt sich auch der ein oder andere Ameisenbesuch verschmerzen. Fünf Sterne!

Not a Very Comfortable Stay

Our family had a great holiday in Mallorca but the house was not up to our expectations. First of all it was hot during our stay and without AC in the kitchen, dining room and living room most of the house was too warm. Also, we were treated with warnings about using too much electricity and being charged for it. As people who live in Florida we expect to be comfortable in our home and didn't appreciate being told how expensive electricity is in Mallorca. Also, a review written in 2017 mentioned how uncomfortable the bed was and we mistakenly assumed it would have been rectified by now but the double bed made for very uncomfortable sleeping. Again, in the spirit of not using electricity, there were no directions on how to use the dishwasher or washing machine. We hand-washed our dishes but had problems with the clothes washer and it locked itself with wet clothes on our last day and the owner had to come out to deal with it. As for the al fresco dining which was something we looked forward to we couldn't do it because there is a small lilly pond beside the porch and we were bothered constantly by mosquitos and no see ums so we had to eat inside where it was often too hot. The pool was very nice and the beaches although not ten minutes away were great too. The house could be really nice with an AC unit in the living room, a new large bed, and the new clothes washer the owner promised was coming after our stay. Additionally, I would add the Nord Villas was rather slow to respond to my questions and VRBO, who I thought I was renting from con go long periods (over an hour) without answering the phone. This is very frustrating when you trying to resolve issues from another country or while renting a house with an ongoing issue. So a great family holiday but the house posed many frustrations.

Impressive villa which is full of character.

Overall the villa was perfectly located for a family. A 15 minute drive to playa de muro which boasts one of Mallorca's loveliest beaches, 10 minute drive to Pollença old town which has a lot of rich history and beautiful architecture to offer and 15 minutes to port de Pollença which is great for dinners and has a bustling evening scene. In terms of the villa itself, it did not disappoint - just like the photos showed on the website. The pool side lounge chairs were extremely comfy as were the living area sofas. The only downside were that the beds were creaky and not that comfortable which is why I wouldn't rate this villa 5/5 stars. But everything else was fantastic and we would return in a heartbeat.
