The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, fans (in each of the 3 rooms on the ground floor), a satellite TV and air conditioning only in the main bedroom, a baby cot and a high chair. In the spacious outdoor area you will find a covered terrace equipped with a long table and an uncovered, furnished terrace with a barbecue. In addition, a 36 m² pool provides for pleasant refreshment on hot days and a furnished roof terrace invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The centre of Pollença can be reached in 3.4 km or 7 minutes by car and offers a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Golf lovers will also find the Finca Can Llobera to their liking, as a golf course is only a 4-minute drive away. The beach of Port de Pollença is 11 km away and can be reached by car in 13 minutes.
