A great place in Mallorca

We arrived in the afternoon at the house and we immediately fell in love with it! The check-in is was super-easy and very practical. The house was very well ready for us and we found ourselves extremely comfortable. The air-con in the two rooms was particularly appreciated considering the big heat of August. The swimming pool is a great plus, as we used to spend the early mornings and late afternoons at the beaches, and we could spend the afternoons relaxing at home with a fresh release from the heat of the summer. The house is furnished with all needs: dishwasher, washing machine, pots and pans... Highly recommended! P.S. the road to reach the house is a small country road sided with stone walls, not very complicate to drive and we could reach easily the house with a station wagon. Still it requires a bit of care in driving to the house.

Pleasent stay

Overall a pleasent stay at the villa, although some things do need attention i.e. the missing step in the pool ladder, a general information folder explaing how cooker works, where to empty bins etc and advice on how to avoid mosquito bites would be welcome.

Swimming pool failure

This place might have had rustic charm in the past; now everything is tending towards neglect though. Uncomfortable beds, old stain-covered towels, rickety outdoor chairs with wonky armrests, tatty stained mattresses on sun loungers, overwhelming smell of drains.....the list goes on. We were prepared to overlook most of these imperfections as long as we had a usable pool (our main reason for booking this property). However, on day 4 of our stay the water in the pool turned cloudy and bright green - very unpleasant to even look at. We reported the problem to the owner (by WhatsApp as she doesn't seem to live locally). Eventually her elderly mother arrived and started throwing some chemicals into the water. She also accused us of peeing in the pool (charming!) The pool remained unusable for the rest of our 10-day stay. After some prolonged discussions, the owner finally agreed to nominal compensation. Our holiday was almost ruined by this experience. Mallorca is a stunning place that is a potential holiday paradise. Shame about property owners who don't invest enough in their offer and abuse their guests' trust.

Familienfreundliches Objekt für ruhigen Aufenthalt. Zufahrt mit einem großen Fahrzeug erschwerlich .Pool war sauber aber sollte mal richtig gereinigt und neu lackiert werden.Eine intakte Poolbeleuchtung wäre auch schön.Das Kücheninventar sollte erneuert werden,da es schon veraltet ist.Die Aussenanlage war sehr schön,das Möbelar ist leider veraltet.Alles im allen hat mein einen tollen und ruhigen Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage

En su momento debia ser una casita muy acojedora, y a dia de hoy podria serlo si la cuidaran y renovaran las cosas viejas, rotas y ausoletas.En el anuncio se ofrecen articulos de baño y cocina que brillan por su ausencia.Y para colmo el primer dia nos quedamos sin agua. Nos lo areglaron a las 24h. Somos 3 amigas de mas de 60años y no repetiriamos la experiencia , ni lo recomendaria a nadie.Tengo que destacar la amabilidad de la propietaria.

Chimenea, aie acondicionado, barbacoa y piscina que nos han dado muchas posiblidades así como ls parajes exteriores. Haben auf dem Portal diese idyllische Finca gefunden.Beschreibung und Fotos gefielen uns sehr und wir freuten uns auf die Zusage.Bei der Ankunft suchten wir den großen Parkplatz.Wir hatten einen Mittelklassewagen und hatten gerade so Platz .Auch sollte man keine Angst vor dem Autofahren haben,da die Zufahrt sehr eng und unübersichtlich ist.Die Anlage sah von außen sehr schön aus.Beim Öffnen der Wohnungstür roch es sehr modrig.Der Innenbereich beträgt keine 80qm.Alle Zimmer sehr klein.1. Schlafzimmer Bettwäsche vergilbt.Kissen schmutzig.2.Schlafzimmer war eher ein Abstellraum mit 2 Feldbetten.Die bereitgestellte Lampe konnte nicht benutzt werden,da weder die Steckdose noch der Lichtschalter funktionierten.2Badezimmer .1 im Innenbereich das 2. draussen beim Pool,was kein Licht hatte und unsauber war.Zur tägliche Körperpfege nicht zu nuzten.Zur Küche .....Backofen von innen total dreckig.Die "Töpfe und 1 Pfanne sind für oder vom Sperrmüll.Das Besteck .....Sammelsorium.Haben alles was wir benötigt haben wurde erst mal in der Spülmaschine gereinigt.Am zweiten Tag war das ablassen des Spülwassers nicht mehr möglich da der Abfluss der beiden Becken verstopft war, Zum Wohnzimmer-Überwürfe der 2 Sofas waren total vergilbt und speckig.Am 4.Tag wurde der Pool grün,obwohl wir Ihn nur 2-3 Stunden am Tag genutzt haben.Von Erholung keine Spur.Also die Fotos in der Anzeige sind schon ein paar Jahre alt.Finca sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Ist dringend Renovierung und Sanierungsbedürftig. ,

Leider hat uns dieses Ferienhaus nicht überzeugt. Wie die Bewertung auf ihrem Portal zustande kommt ist mir ein Rätsel. Ich finde es nicht in Ordnung, dass das Haus auf ihrem Portal mit 80 qm ausgewiesen wird. Nach einem eigenen ausmessen aller Räume im Haus sind nur 46 qm zusammen gekommen. Schlafzimmer 1 = 6,4 Schlafzimmer 2 = 6,5 Essen/Wohnen = 18,3 Küche = 6,7 Bad 1 (innen) = 3,0 Bad 2 (außen) = 2,4 Flur = 2,6 Selbst mit der überdachten Außenterrasse (25 qm) kommen nur 71 qm zusammen. Werden die angebotenen Ferienhäuser durch Fewo-Direkt nicht angesehen und abgenommen? Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, zumal ich bei Fewo-Direkt schon öfter gebucht habe und zufrieden war. Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Bad möchte man sich nicht länger als notwendig aufhalten. Die Dusche innen ist problematisch und man möchte sie am liebsten desinfizieren. In der Küche haben wir uns die besten Teile von Geschirr und Besteck rausgesucht die wir gründlich gereinigt und dann genutzt haben. Auch Töpfe und Pfannen mussten erst grundgereinigt werden. Nicht falsch verstehen, ich mag rustikal, deswegen buchen wir auf Mallorca auch eine Finca. Aber das war nicht in Ordnung. In allen 4 Waschbecken (2x Küche und je 1x im Bad) hielt kein Wasser. Das Abwaschen vom Geschirr war nur im größten Topf möglich. Das Waschen im Bad nur mit fließendem Wasser. Als Kunde fühlt man sich getäuscht. Das ist das Geld nicht wert.

Mallorca Urlaub

Wir haben uns mit zwei Jungs sehr wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen Häuschen, es war sauber und für uns genug an Utensilien vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist außerhalb, schön eingewachsen und überschaubar, was es mit den Kindern im Pool erleichtert hat. Der Kontakt war reibungslos! Wer rustikalen Landestypischen Urlaub mag ist dort richtig. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage die wir im Haus verbringen durften!

Sehr enttäuschend

Das Objekt ist leider viel zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen, als dass man es noch mit gutem Gewissen vermieten könnte. In der 2. Woche ist der Pool gekippt! Die Küche ist so primitiv eingerichtet, dass die Kochtöpfe auf dem Boden stehen… der Herd schafft es kaum ein Essen zu kocheohne dass die Sicherungen rausfliegen. 3 Liegestühle für 4 Personen… das Doppelbett 1.20 breit etc. Für die Hälfte des Preises ok, so nicht!

Reizende Finca mit großem Erholungswert

wie haben hier 14 wundervolle und sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, verfügt über einen liebevoll gepflegten Garten und tollen Pool. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die persönliche Betreuung durch Funnys Mutter, eine reizende ältere Dame die sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert. An dieser Stelle nochmals ein dickes Dankeschön an Senora Gracia. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub für Erholungssuchende. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder. Karl Doris Konni

nette kleine Finca

Das Grundstück ist traumhaft schön und wir haben jeden Tag draußen genossen. Das Haus ist sehr klein und für große Menschen kann die Küche zur Herausforderung werden (Balken in Kopfhöhe meines Mannes). Auch haben die Geräte und Kochutensilien schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Hier wäre ein backup sehr zu empfehlen. Für uns Vielkocher wäre das toll. Sonst waren die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich sofort gekümmert als das Internet ausfiel. Gerade im Sommer, wenn man sich fast nur draußen aufhält, ist diese Finca zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist ansprechend groß und hat auch einen flachen Bereich zum Stehen für Kinder. Wir haben uns im ganzen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mallorca Villa

The location is a little remote, so definitely need a small car as the lanes that led up to the villa are very narrow with tight turns. It’s about 25 mins walk to Pollença town centre. The pool was a little cloudy and in need of a good clean as the inside walls were slimy ! But was lovely nevertheless. The villa is clean with a lived in look with everything you need, very traditional. We had a friendly cat who visited and a Donkey in the nearby field who was also very friendly and loved to let you no he is their ! The only disappointment was on the booking it stated we had to leave at 11am, but we awoke to find a lady in the kitchen cleaning at 9.30 , she then said we have a minute to leave ! Apart from that a very quaint villa that we would definitely visit again
