In the resort 900 m from the centre of Port de Pollença, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2.5 km from the edge of the forest, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Private: terrace (6 m2). In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Public car park at 25 m, public parking on the road. Shop 1.2 km, grocery 500 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 100 m, bakery 1.5 km, pedestrian zone 600 m, bicycle rental 900 m, pub garden 50 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 10 m, shingle beach 50 m. Perfect view on the sea

Organization: best practice Cleanliness: perfect Technical equipment (wifi, tv, kitchen,...): very good Super view on the sea, good place to be for a holiday. Not so good: the building is constructed in a way that every noise is going through even if neighbours are not making party. It's due to low cost construction regarding acoustic emissions. The apartment is with open kitchen, only two heating places and equipment is at minimum...so cooking a lot is a challenge. But: very good restaurants are nearby :-)
