Services and common areas Villa Arizona is located in Cala San Vicenç, a residential area between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca. The area offers four coves, each with distinct features: Cala Barques, with sand and rocks, turquoise waters, and seafood restaurants overlooking the sea; Cala Clara, small and intimate; Cala Molins, sandy with blue waters, parking, beachfront restaurants, access for people with reduced mobility, and kayak, paddle surf, and boat trips available for an extra fee; and Cala Carbó, the wildest and most untouched. The villa is 700 m from the sea, in a quiet part of the development, surrounded by year-round or temporary residents. In front of the villa is a green area with the Alzinaret Caves, a Neolithic necropolis from 1500 BC, one of the five most important Neolithic sites in the Mediterranean, recommended to explore with a flashlight. At the back, the villa offers views of the Serra de Tramuntana, a protected natural area. Parking is easy in front of the villa. The area has two supermarkets and a bus station with connections to Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa. It is a popular area for cyclists due to its natural landscapes and rural roads.
