Convenient electrical outlets for charging laptop / phones. Working desk is small but adequate. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Nice variety for breakfast. (I miss the frozen cheese omelets, but the scrambled eggs were excellent.) Perkins Restaurant within easy walking distance. Hy-Vee grocery and deli in the shopping mall across the street for self-catering. Many other dining options available if you have your own transport. We use this place almost every time we fly into Des Moines. Still good value for money."
