The owner, Savva's was a great host very entertaining which makes it difficult to comment negatively. We will start with the positives, great location for Polis town and the beach. Very private from surrounding properties and quite at night. Air conditioning is new and effective within bedrooms however you have to pay for the one in the lounge. There are numerous minor complaints which we will not make comment upon and concentrate on important issues that must be listed.The pool has a major leak and we had to fill it each day at the request of the host, further compounded by the green ring around the pools water level and the weeds growing from the pool edge.The downstairs WC and shower could not be used as the sewer smell was overwhelming. Most of the sockets within the kitchen did not work or could not be used.The water pressure was minimal and showering was like a work out having to run around to get wet, a shower outside was available and warmer!.Don't use the sun loungers unless you want blue streaks on your arms, they have tried to repaint using car spray paint which with the heat transfers to your arms and hands and can stay with you for days.Generally I could go on but it is fair to say that a total refurbishment would be the best approach to attracting further visits from us.It seems unfair to be so negative however the present description does not reflect the reality and were taken some time ago.
