Surrounded by nature and Mediterranean flair in a sun-drenched landscape lies this beautiful holiday home with pool and well-tended garden. In the small village of Polaa, you are close to the towns of Benkovac and Biograd. The nearest beach, a sandy beach, is approx. 8 km away. The beautifully furnished rooms are spread over the ground floor and the first floor. Entertainment is provided by the games console, picado, table football and trampoline. Visit the nearby Vrana Lake with its bird sanctuary, the Makovica Han, a rare Ottoman building, and the amusement park with its Pirate Town, Wild West and Universe themes.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll in dem Apartment. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten leider nur kleine Probleme mit Ameisen außen am Grillplatz und dass bellen der Hunde von außen haben etwas gestört.

Wir (drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder) hatten erholsame zwei Wochen im Objekt, bis auf Kleinigkeiten

Wir (drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder) hatten erholsame zwei Wochen im Objekt, bis auf Kleinigkeiten (Duschkopf am Pool und im Haus EG müsste mal gewechselt werden), war alles bestens. Vermieter haben sich aber sofort gekümmert, als wir ein Abflussproblem hatten. Die Vermieter sind sehr kinderfreundlich und Kommunikation auf Englisch ist möglich. Unsere drei Jungs sind ab und an sehr Geräuschintensiv, aber es gab keine Beschwerden von Nachbarn. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden, Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher etc. Die Klimaanlagen waren Gold wert, da es immer über 30 Grad war.TV über Satellitenschüssel auch auf deutsch vorhanden.Die Kinder hatten täglich spass im großen Pool, beim schaukeln und auf dem Trampolin.Die beiden Schäferhunde am Nachbarsgrundstück bellen zwar ab und an, weil sie nun mal Wachhunde sind, aber sie sind sonst friedlich. Wir sind Hunde erfahren und das sind keine aggressiven Hunde. Das Objekt ist etwas abgelegen, man braucht mit dem Auto ca 10 Minuten bis nach Biograd, um Einkäufe zu erledigen (Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine, Konsum, Müller, Apotheke...). Strände sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Polaca und empfehlen es Familien 100% weiter, die ihre Ruhe und spass am Pool gaben wollen.

Tolles Haus, große Räume und tolle Austattung

Ein superschönes Haus, schöne geräumige Schlafzimmer und eine super Ausstattung. Schöner Außenbereich mit einem großen Pool und Grillplatz wo man sich gerne aufhält. Lediglich die Hunde von den umliegenden Nachbarn drehen manchmal durch. Man gewöhnt sich aber an das gebelle. Biograd sowie die Autobahn ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar von daher sehr gut gelegen.
