「Fabulous hotel with amazing views of the Charente valley.」

The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of all the water that has been getting into the bottom of it (swelled up with time). Otherwise, the grounds are greatly maintained and beautiful. 「Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area.」

「Nice hotel, with comfortable and modern rooms (e.g. a wireless charging place for your phone). Handily located between the station and the main "tourist area", with nearby restaurants, Martell a short walk away, and a handy supermarket across the road.」
