The first floor offers the main living area with a wood fire, kitchen, master bedroom with a king bed and a further double bedroom. And last but not least, the third floor is the Captain's Nest, offering a secluded escape with a single bed, basin and beautiful views.

The property features a north-facing orchard, sun-catching, fully fenced yard complete with a BBQ for alfresco dining, plus parking for a boat and cars.

Spend your holiday at the beach or stroll along the promenade to the cafes and shops. Surf beaches, Bellarine Rail Trail, Golf Course, Restaurants and Wineries are all at your doorstep.
