We were in Berthe which is a large rm but has the most uncomfortable wicker chairs so sat on the bed. Didn’t get to the bottom of why we didn’t get checkin info automatically but when we did it was very clean and easy to follow. "

This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...
