****palace Umberto****is a historic building (1700 d.C) of great value lies in the medieval village of Poggiardo, among the best in the Salento, near the sea of Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro (3 KM) and the golden beaches of Otranto (KM 10). Behind the palace is a garden enclosed 'secret' and intimate, with a beautiful swimming pool set in white stone of Trani, with Jacuzzi. A pool is a citrus that acts as a natural umbrella and relaxing on comfortable beds. The old structure has a strategic position within each day you can choose a different beach of the most beautiful (140 km of beach). Inside you will find comfort, nature and confidentiality; out of the Baroque Piazza offers folkroristici events, festivals, exhibitions, musical concerts, wednsday markets, caffè and restaurant walking distance, bakery, folk dances of pinches, parties with fairy lights, nightlife, workshops, old chemist, airdress, etc. .. . Enchant architecture of the house of beauty and craftsmanship of the time of the original floors of the time ......

The building of 400 square meters spread over two floors and an attic:
0 - ground floor: entrance, garden and orchard, swimming pool (with jacuzzi whirlpool and shower - foot-washing), relaxation area , living 80 m with librery, tv, music, sourraund, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. 1 - the main floor: 1 living room with wi fi, sky tv, elegant lounge furnished with comfortable sofas and antique furniture room,1 dining room with homemade dishes, antique kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a beautiful local stone terrace with barbecue for fantastic al fresco dining . In the wide spaces of the living area are available on request other 1 comfortable beds for a total capacity of 5 on the first floor. ( possibile 1 extra bed in living room and 1 cot)
2- attic panoramic view on the castle: 1 double bed and 1 adjoining twin room for a total of 4 beds which feature a large bathroom with shower and corner bath, a kitchen with laundry facilities and a fantastic 'Lamia' (terrace Salento ) overlooking the medieval castle for an unforgettable dinner under the stars.

Spectacular views of the parties folkroristiche with lights that shine on the fireworks and the baroque castle.

A great place to build your ideal vacation: beach, culture, traditions, relaxation, etc..
POOL open from 1 May to 11 November each year.
