When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Hotel is within walking distance of the tourist area and plenty of restaurants options around it. The staff are very helpful. Property itself is clean and well maintained

Communication was really easy, nice easy check in, they let us in an hour early as the apartment was ready and took our bags for us. They store luggage for you too. Would stay again!
