「Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

「Great location. Next to the slopes and the big hotel with the thermal baths / water park. Great breakfast. Would love to have dinner in the hotel but it closes at 6pm」

「The photos are misleading, they show a different facility than the one we slept in... We've got room in other (older) building with not so good conditions. The room smelled very badly of sewage, we had to ventilate it a lot. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really delicious, it compensated us for the disadvantages and we generally remember the trip well. Someone very talented takes care of the breakfast food there.」
