"This is a hidden gem. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice. The pool area is enclosed in the center of the hotel & very nice. Mexican restaurant on-site was very good. Only issue was the a/c units didn’t seem to really circulate throughout the rooms & so we did have to buy a fan to get the room to a comfy temp."

"I personally would like thinner pillows. There was a sign in the dining area about using the pancake machine but I didn't see a pancake machine. Just minor quibbles. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our early arrival especially. We would be happy to stay there again."

"Our stay at this property was thoroughly enjoyable. Located off a paved road in a peaceful rural setting, the home offered a quiet and scenic environment. The surrounding landscape was beautiful, and our children particularly appreciated watching the cows graze and observing a large storm roll in—an experience that added to the charm of the location.The home was thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with all necessary amenities. The inclusion of king-size beds in every bedroom was especially appreciated and contributed to a very comfortable stay.The only minor drawback was the presence of a single bathroom, which required some coordination among our group. While we did not have the opportunity to explore the trail on the property, it appeared to be a wonderful feature and is something we hope to enjoy on a future visit.Communication with the owners was excellent. They were responsive and helpful throughout the process, and both check-in and check-out were seamless.Overall, we highly recommend this property for those seeking a tranquil and well-appointed countryside retreat."
