Discover the comfort and charm of the "ENEZ CARN" apartment, nestled within the wooden house "Les Gîtes de Roscaroc". This recent residence, imbued with character, has been carefully arranged into three separate apartments, offering its residents privacy and tranquillity, while being located 300m from the beach.

Nestled on the upper floor of the house, "ENEZ CARN" is a spacious two-bedroom apartment designed for your comfort and well-being.

As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the warm atmosphere that emanates from this bright living space. The large main room features a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals. A functional dining area and a sofa bed offer a comfortable relaxation space.

The separate room, equipped with a comfortable double bed, ensures peaceful nights after a busy day. The modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower for your comfort, while the separate toilet offers additional convenience.

Enjoy a charming wooden terrace as well. It's the perfect place to savour your morning coffee or relax with a good book.

A communal laundry room shared by 3 apartments is located in the common area. It notably contains a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.

Located just 300 metres from the magnificent sandy beach of Treompan, "ENEZ CARN" offers easy access to the pleasures of the sea.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the accommodation works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!

The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

This apartment is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable traveller experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best addresses and also book activities according to your wishes. Super logement

Nous avons séjourné avec mon compagnon et notre chien dans ce logement durant 5jours. Tout était très agréable et conforme aux photos. La terrasse était appréciable pour nos repas au soleil et nos dîner au coucher de soleil. Le logement est juste à côté des dunes de Tréompan, à 3 min à pied de la mer. Vous avez une supérette à 5 min en voiture, ouverte 7j/7j. La communication avec l’hôte était simple et rapide, ce qui a contribué à l’appréciation de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons !
