The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency is offering this 60 m² house for rent in Plomodiern, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a 20 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of approximately 40 m². Fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available. The property is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa, working fireplace and dining area.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a wardrobe
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners can provide the following baby equipment free of charge: high chair, travel cot with fitted sheet, changing mat, potty and baby bath.

Outside:
– A lovely, south-facing, unfenced garden of 40 m². The holiday cottage is equipped with a barbecue, two sun loungers, a parasol and a table with benches.

The house is ideally situated in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Swimming, surfing, sand yachting and kitesurfing on the beaches of Lestrevet, Porz Ar Vag, Kervijen, Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud (less than 10 mins’ drive away)

- Exploring the village of Locronan, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France (15 mins)
- A visit to Douarnenez: harbours, the boat museum, coastal paths and the traditional town centre (20 mins)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 2 vehicles).

- Brest airport is about 50 minutes’ drive away

Other notes:
- The Soupic holiday cottage is adjoining another property, situated in a pleasant courtyard shared with the owners, who are discreet but available if needed.
- The road opposite the garden has little traffic as it is a cul-de-sac.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Fireplace: firewood is provided free of charge
- Pets are not permitted
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
